Tracking 1 Training Program
The Tracking 1 training program builds measurable strength, endurance, and discipline through structured coaching and monthly accountability. Instead of random workouts, this system drives consistent progress inside the Savage methodology.
From day one, you train with purpose. First, you complete an Orientation Class to assess movement quality, conditioning level, and baseline strength. Then, we set a clear progression path so every session moves you forward.
What’s Included in the Program
4x Weekly Group Training
Each week, you complete four structured sessions focused on strength, mobility, and athletic conditioning. Because we follow progressive overload principles, your performance improves steadily over time.
1x Weekly Roadwork
In addition to gym sessions, you complete one outdoor endurance workout. This builds cardiovascular capacity while strengthening mental resilience.
Custom Nutrition Plan
You receive a performance-focused nutrition strategy that supports recovery, energy, and body composition goals. As a result, your training output stays consistent.
Savage Manual
The manual explains the philosophy, structure, and principles behind the system. Therefore, you understand why you train—not just how.
Self-Tracking Module
You log workouts, habits, and performance metrics. Consequently, you stay accountable and focused.
Monthly Progress Tracking in the Program
Unlike basic fitness programs, the Tracking 1 training program includes structured evaluation.

Monthly 1-on-1 Coaching Session
