Description
Tracking 2 Training Program
The Tracking 2 training program is an advanced performance system designed for individuals who demand tighter accountability, faster progression, and higher coaching frequency inside the Savage methodology.
Unlike entry-level training structures, the Tracking 2 program increases coaching touchpoints and evaluation cycles. As a result, your development becomes more precise, measurable, and aggressive.
You begin with a detailed Orientation Class to assess strength, conditioning, and movement mechanics. From there, we build a structured progression strategy tailored to your current level.
What’s Included in the Program
4x Weekly Group Training
Each week, you complete four structured sessions focused on strength, athletic conditioning, mobility, and work capacity. Because we follow progressive overload principles, your performance improves consistently.
1x Weekly Roadwork
In addition to group sessions, you complete one endurance-focused outdoor workout. This strengthens cardiovascular capacity while reinforcing mental resilience.
Custom Nutrition Plan
You receive a performance-based nutrition protocol designed to support recovery, energy output, and body composition goals. Therefore, your training intensity stays high.
Savage Manual
The manual outlines the philosophy, structure, and system principles behind the Savage methodology.
Self-Tracking Module
You log workouts, habits, and key performance metrics. Consequently, progress remains visible and accountable.
Advanced Accountability in the Tracking 2 Program
What separates the Tracking 2 training program from lower tiers is frequency of review and direct coaching. Structured resistance training improves muscular strength, metabolic health, and long-term physical function, according to Harvard Health Publishing.
Bi-Monthly Assessment
Twice per month, we evaluate strength, endurance, and conditioning metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
Bi-Weekly 1-on-1 Coaching Sessions
Every two weeks, you receive private coaching to refine technique, adjust programming, and eliminate performance gaps. Because of this structured oversight, stagnation rarely occurs.
The program suits individuals who want accelerated development and tighter feedback loops. While many systems rely on motivation alone, this program relies on structure, measurement, and correction.
This is not casual fitness.
This is strategic progression.
If you are new to structured training, begin with the Tracking 1 before advancing to Tracking 2.
