REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Savage Life Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Program Purchases
All purchases of memberships, coaching programs, and training packages are considered final.
Fees once paid are non-refundable, except where explicitly stated.
2. Trial Sessions
Trial sessions, if offered, are non-refundable.
Trial fees may be adjusted against membership purchases at the discretion of SavageWorks.
3. Memberships
Memberships cannot be cancelled once activated.
Membership periods cannot be:
- paused
- transferred
- extended
Unused sessions do not qualify for refunds or credits.
4. Personal Training Sessions
Personal training sessions must be used within the validity period specified at purchase.
Missed sessions may be forfeited unless rescheduled according to trainer availability.
5. Program Changes
SavageWorks reserves the right to modify class schedules, instructors, or training formats.
Such changes do not qualify for refunds.
6. Digital Products
Digital products including:
- training manuals
- downloadable resources
- coaching materials
are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances and solely at the discretion of SavageWorks Private Limited.
8. Payment Disputes
Clients are encouraged to contact SavageWorks support before initiating payment disputes or chargebacks.
